Warmer Temperatures Bring Weeds

February is the time of year the soil temperature starts to warm up and weed seeds begin to germinate. The best way to prevent weeds from taking over is by getting an early start on pre-emergent weed control. We recommend multiple applications of fertilizer and pre-emergent during the spring months for best results, with the first application being in February.
