September Tip of the Month

The majority of lawns in the Charlotte area are Fescue, which does not spread on its own and so a standard Fescue maintenance program includes aeration and over seeding. It is recommended to do this in the fall as soon as the temperatures start to cool down. When done properly with high quality grass seed and 6-8 weeks of frequent watering, Fescue lawns are made new again.
